Cy Sirmon
Cy brings a rare blend of finance, development, and hands-on construction experience. Formerly a commercial banker, he helped manage more than $100 million in construction projects - ranging from large multifamily developments to ski-in/ski-out townhomes and everything in between. Raised on the jobsite, he pairs institutional level underwriting and project oversight with a practical, first-hand understanding of the construction process. A proud University of Montana alumnus, Cy was named a 2019 Phile Steel First Team All-Conference Center for the Montana Grizzlies and earned the team-voted Paul Weskamp Award, recognizing the program's most valuable lineman. He operates with a disciplined focus on detail, timely communication, and tight organization - driving projects that stay on schedule, on budget, and run smoothly for every party involved.

John Sirmon
John has been in the construction industry since 1996. With over 30 years of experience, he has built every part of a home from foundations and framing to finish work with his own two hands. More than a craftsman, he is vertically integrated developer - equally comfortable in the field, at the drafting table, or consulting clients to help materialize their dream home. His background spans custom home construction, bare-land development, multifamily development, and ground up residential design. His decades of experience from concept to completion afford John a comprehensive understanding of how form, function, cost, and constructability intersect. An expert in every phase of the process, John brings uncommon depth of judgment and capability to each project.
